One of the greatest compliments we can receive through business is that of someone personally referring our services. I have been fortunate enough to receive referrals from my lovely clients on various occasions and it feels great to know that my clients value what I do for them enough to put their neck on the line and recommend someone else give me a go.
Quite often, business owners stumble across the virtual assistant industry purely by chance. More often than not they are complaining to someone (who happens to have a virtual assistant), that there are just not enough hours in the day, or that they don’t have enough time to spend on the areas they want to spend in their business. It’s during this conversation, that my clients may share what it is that I do for their businesses and recommend they contact me.
Partnering with a virtual assistant for the first time is like anything new. It can be daunting and I so often hear “I don’t even know where or how to start”. My answer to this is “just start”. I remember having this conversation with a client of mine and explaining that once they get the hang of handing things over to me they won’t want to stop. I don’t know that they really believed it but once they started, week after week, they were ringing excitedly saying “can we show you how to do this now, or how this works?” We have now been working together for close to 2 years!
If you have been referred to me by someone we both know, please contact me and we can discuss your business concerns and how I can potentially help you.
If you haven’t been referred to me but have stumbled across this post, I am more than happy to speak with you and arrange for you to speak with a current client.
