The staff always answer the phone right away, and are friendly to callers, and follow a script; whereby some people are forwarded to me directly (with the callers details sent as a text message at the same time as I am talking to the caller), and other callers leave a message which is sent as an email.
The callers contact details are also entered in to High Rise, and this makes an excellent base to work from with new clients.
I am always impressed by the discipline and promptness of the call answering.
